Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan thoroughly.
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Place the bundt pan in a larger baking dish filled with water (water bath) and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, garnishing with shredded coconut.
