Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for one minute. Add heavy cream and milk; stir in cream cheese until smooth.
- Lower the heat; mix in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until thickened. Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, then plate topped with steak tips and garnished with parsley.
