- 12 graham crackers (broken in half)
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
Instructions
- Prepare the base by breaking graham crackers in half and placing them on a lined baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, blend creamy peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place one on each cracker, flattening it slightly.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with 3 tbsp vegetable oil in the microwave until smooth.
- Coat each cracker with melted chocolate and let excess drip off before setting on the baking sheet.
- For the drizzle, melt peanut butter chips with remaining vegetable oil and drizzle over the chocolate-coated crackers.
- Refrigerate until set, then enjoy!
