  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 ounce onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble the ground beef and add breadcrumbs, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix gently until combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar to make the glaze.
  4. Spread half of the glaze in a loaf pan, then pack the meat mixture on top and shape it.
  5. Cover the top with the remaining glaze.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
