Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 8 oz brie cheese (sliced into wedges)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry recommended)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 8–10 triangles.
- Arrange triangles in a circle on the baking sheet with pointed ends facing out.
- Layer brie slices and cranberry sauce around the inner ring of the circle.
- Fold the tips of each triangle over the filling and tuck them under to form a wreath shape.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
