  • 8 oz brie cheese (sliced into wedges)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry recommended)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 8–10 triangles.
  3. Arrange triangles in a circle on the baking sheet with pointed ends facing out.
  4. Layer brie slices and cranberry sauce around the inner ring of the circle.
  5. Fold the tips of each triangle over the filling and tuck them under to form a wreath shape.
  6. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
