Instructions

- Add the melted butter and espresso mixture to the mashed bananas and mix thoroughly.
- Incorporate granulated sugar, brown sugar, and the beaten egg into the banana mixture until well blended.
- Gradually add flour, baking soda, and kosher salt; stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in grated semi-sweet chocolate evenly throughout the batter.
- Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper, then pour in the batter.
- Bake at 375°F for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
