Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of cooked turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons of blackberry jam (adjust based on sweetness preference)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer cheese, turkey bacon, and blackberry jam. Top with other slices, buttered side facing up.
- Grill sandwiches in the skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until both sides are crispy and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
