Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Coat marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture and let them rest on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat (350°F). Fry chicken pieces until golden brown (4-5 minutes per side), ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels or a wire rack. Serve with the Bang Bang sauce drizzled over the top or on the side for dipping.
