Ingredients
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 (10 oz) bag vegan marshmallows
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- Optional: crushed Nilla Wafers for topping
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Add vegan marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until combined.
- Microwave the mixture for 45 seconds, stir, then heat for another 45 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in the instant banana pudding mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and press down firmly.
- If desired, sprinkle crushed Nilla Wafers on top for added texture.
