- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a stand mixer bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs; mix until combined.
- Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients on low speed. Stir in chocolate chips.
- For best results, chill the dough for at least 24 hours before baking (optional).
- Scoop out dough balls (about 3 tablespoons each) onto prepared sheets.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
