Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp chopped candied pecans (optional)
- Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Place each square into the muffin cups, pressing gently.
- Add one cube of brie cheese and top with cranberry sauce in each cup.
- Optional: Sprinkle candied pecans on top for added crunch.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes, garnish with rosemary if desired, then serve.
