- 1 box Yellow or Spice Cake Mix
- 1 cup apple cider
- ½ cup applesauce (cinnamon-flavored recommended)
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cinnamon for topping
- ¼ cup sugar for topping
- ¼ cup melted butter for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, apple cider, applesauce, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
- Stir in cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla until blended.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the cake cool for about 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Brush melted butter over the cooled cake and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
