  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce, plus more for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by cutting off the stems and halving them. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF. Place the Brussels sprouts in the basket and air fry for 10 minutes.
  3. While they cook, coat the diced chicken breast in chili oil and season with ground ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  4. After 10 minutes, add the chicken to the air fryer basket with the Brussels sprouts. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Air fry for an additional 10-12 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF to 165ºF, stirring halfway through.
  6. Add sweet chili sauce to the basket and mix well before air frying or broiling for another 1-2 minutes.
