Ingredients
- 12 oz Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce, plus more for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts by cutting off the stems and halving them. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF. Place the Brussels sprouts in the basket and air fry for 10 minutes.
- While they cook, coat the diced chicken breast in chili oil and season with ground ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
- After 10 minutes, add the chicken to the air fryer basket with the Brussels sprouts. Stir gently to combine.
- Air fry for an additional 10-12 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF to 165ºF, stirring halfway through.
- Add sweet chili sauce to the basket and mix well before air frying or broiling for another 1-2 minutes.
