- 2–3 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Slider buns
- Lettuce (optional toppings)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice chicken into slider-sized pieces.
- Set up a dredging station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko.
- Coat chicken: first in flour, then egg wash, and finally panko.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar for the sauce.
- Assemble sliders by placing chicken on buns, drizzling sauce on top, and adding lettuce or other desired toppings.
